We are acutely aware of the fact that you have been waiting a very long time to receive the “Rocket” product. We also know that many of you have been inquiring as to what the holdup is. We have been constrained thus far in our ability to answer that question.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship the “Rocket” product because Mark White's company, Sexual MD Solutions LLC., the owner of GAINSWave, has obtained a preliminary injunction preventing the shipping of a product named the “Rocket.”
